I received the Love With Food box in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.
If there is one thing that’s certain, I’m in love with food. Not like an obsession or anything, but I love trying new things. For instance, recently I tried a box called Love With Food. Love With Food is a subscription box services that delivers good for you snacks to your door monthly starting at $7.99/month.
I was excited to receive my Love With Food box because I wanted to see what new treats I would be exposed to. I’m allergic to chocolate and nuts, so most snack subscription boxes are not great for me. Let’s see how Love With Food stacked up.
I received the deluxe box which retails as low as $16.50 a month with Free shipping in the US and territories, also $3.99/month for International shipping. In the deluxe box, you will receive 15 or more new and exciting snacks each month. With each box, you are able to donate meals to hungry children. So you are able to do social good while also trying new good for you snacks that you can implement into your diet.
What came in the box:
- Hippeas™ organic chickpea puffs
- Route 11 Potato Chips
- Tasty Brand Organic Emoji-Shaped Chocolate Cookies
- Wise® Sea Salt Popcorn (2)
- Ruger 2® Waffle/ Wafer snacks
- Monbana chocolate drink (2)
- Torie & Howard® Chewie Fruities® organic candy chews
- Enstrom™ Almond Toffee milk chocolate candy (2)
- Wild Garden® hummus & veggie chips
- 18 Rabbits Snack Bar
- Espresso Candy (3)
- TreeHugger® Bubble gum (2)
As you can see a lot of snacks and they are good for you snacks. As mentioned earlier, I am allergic to chocolate and nuts so with that said, I only had to skip 6 snacks in a box with over 15 snacks. I’d say that’s pretty good! I enlisted the help of my sisters to test each snack. We had winners and losers but overall the box was a winner.
When mentioning the Enstrom™ Almond Toffee milk chocolate candy, my sister loved the fact that it was chewy without getting stuck in your teeth. She loved it so much that she immediately asked our dad to taste it as soon as he walked into the door. Other favorites of the day included the Tasty Brand Organic Emoji-shaped chocolate cookies, the sea salt popcorn, the Chewie Fruities® and the surprise favorite, the Ruger 2® Waffle snack.
As mentioned earlier we had two duds. The Hippeas™ chickpea puffs were not a hit for my sisters but my dad loved them. The major complaints were taste and texture for the chickpea snacks. The second dud was the 18 Rabbits snack bar. My sister immediately gave the look of disapproval upon taking one bite. Safe to say we won’t be purchasing those in the future.
Overall the Love With Food Deluxe box was a winner! With the good for your snacks and the opportunity to help a child in need, subscribing to this box, in my opinion, is a great idea.
