Here we are at another Monday and I can’t help but sigh because my weekend went by so fast. Plus we are facing a lot of stress lately and I just want to bury my face in chocolate but I can’t because I’m allergic. There are days when I just crave a sweet treat but I have to be careful to stay away from chocolate, nuts, and dairy. However in my opinion things containing those three items are the tastiest treats, right? So while browsing the food channel and Instagram I saw this new creation called Monster Shakes. The images are so mesmerizing, that I was inspired to create my own Salt Caramel Pretzel Monster Shake.
Now as mentioned earlier I have an allergy to dairy. My stomach churns and I start to feel very sick to the point of nausea. In sheer desperation I began searching online for dairy-free products and stumbled upon So Delicious® a dairy free company offering milk alternatives such as; almond milk, coconut milk, and cashew milk. Of course I immediately gravitated towards the coconut milk products because the other two contain nut products. With the help of So Delicious® I created the best Monster Shake in my humble opinion. It isn’t overly sweet and it taste delicious.
This Monster Shake was so fun to make and my family loved it. Did you notice those cute glasses in the images above? Those adorable Bad Dog Wisdom tumblers are from Uncommongoods, an online retailer for innovative products created by artist around the world. The Bad Dog Tumblers from Uncommongoods retail for $35 for four tumblers. Drink and laugh at Fido teaching his owners new lessons. These glasses are the perfect gift for dog lovers. They were a huge hit in my home. I can’t thank Uncommongoods enough for sending me these glasses.
